Join Telehealth Appointment

  1. Join the Telehealth Session

  • A “Launch Meeting” button appears in the appointment note starting two hours before the scheduled telehealth visit.

  • Click Launch Meeting to open the video session.

  1. Set Up Audio and Video

  • Adjust your camera, microphone, and any desired settings before joining.

  1. Admit the Patient

  • When the patient joins, a pop-up will appear allowing you to admit or deny them to the session.

  1. During the Appointment

  • Conduct the telehealth visit and document notes in the associated appointment note.

  • You can also check in the patient directly from this screen.
